Jason Fergus, Director of Active Essex

Active Essex worked with Jenny on our self-improvement journey using the Culture Sport Improvement Toolkit (CSIT).  Jenny facilitated staff, board and working group sessions to support Active Essex on the design and implementation of its improvement agenda.

Jenny delivered exceptionally high levels of customer service and stakeholder management for us, which was very well received.  Jenny's strength is her ability to interact with a broad range of individuals and apply a comprehensive mix of sector specific skills and expertise to help support our organisation.  Jenny is positively challenging and in doing so, has helped us to develop a realistic and achievable Improvement Plan, that has formed a core part of the organisation.
