Quest Assessor Training

As a Quest Assessor in Sports Development for over 10 years and with over 150 assessments undertaken, Jenny had the depth of experience required to train new assessors on behalf of PMP Consultancy who previously managed the contract for Quest.

As an experienced SCUK tutor and having recently designed and delivered training courses for The Football Association, Jenny's training and tutoring skills ensured the two day course was engaging and interactive, whilst also achieving the learning outcomes required.

Whilst the theoretical background to Quest Assessing provided the backbone of the training, Jenny's knowledge of extant sports development initiatives and national agendas ensured the theory could be applied to the current context within the sports development industry.

In addition to initial Assessor training, Jenny has also provided on-going mentoring support for newly qualified assessors.

KKExcel has also been involved with the delivery of kick-start sessions, providing teams wishing to get involved with Quest with an introduction to the process through a fun, informative and interactive one day training session.
