Since KKExcel was established in 2006 it has developed a credible reputation in the design and delivery of a diverse range of business planning and team building experiences.
Each experience is completely bespoke, we strongly believe that our success in this area of work is built upon listening to the individual needs of our clients and then designing an experience that meets and exceeds our clients' expectations.
Dependent on the outcomes that our client wishes to achieve we can shape the experience to focus entirely on business outcomes, team building or a combination of both. The length and focus of your session is entriely up to you, to provide you with some ideas listed below are examples of topics previously covered by KKExcel:
- Review existing strategic plans to identify levels of success and future priorities

- Hosting of 'Business Planning Days' involving internal and external delivery partners

The size of the events we have hosted to-date are equally varied, catering for larger partner events with over 100 delegates to small senior management sessions.
