Research and Evaluation

At KKExcel we strongly believe in the importance of effective research and evaluation, to inform, guide and shape future sport and leisure provision.  KKExcel has been involved in a variety of research and feasibility projects tackling national, regional and local briefs.   We utilise a range of research methods to meet our clients' briefs and budgets.

Detailed below are some examples of projects recently completed:

  • Collation and production of case studies to aid qualitative evaluation and share/highlight good practice (click here to view the FE Case Studies Brochure)
  • Development of bespoke evaluation methods to engage specific client groups (e.g. interactive feedback sessions with 5-11 year olds, online surveys etc.)
  • Quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation of sports development projects, events and initiatives at a national, regional and local level
  • Delivery of bespoke Monitoring and Evaluation training workshops
  • The completion of national research projects to review sporting issues pertinent across England and the UK, that require strategic solutions and recommendations to effectively influence and change provision at all levels of delivery (to view a recent project please click here)
  • Design and development of online questionnaires with the results collated and analysed into report format (to view a recent example please click here)
