Quality Assurance
KKExcel has developed national credibility in the area of quality assurance, following its involvement in a range of improvement tools during the last 15 years. We are passionate about the difference quality assurance programmes can make and have witnessed the impact first hand.
By using established tools (such as IIP, TAES, CSIT and Quest) and where appropriate developing bespoke models (view FA example by clicking here) KKExcel can confidently assist organisations work through self-assessments, visioning sessions, independent assessments and improvement planning. Listed below are examples of work undertaken to date:
- Supporting CSPs to effectively use improvement tools such as (CSIT, Quest or TAES) to revisit their future strategic direction/vision, facilitate self-assessment sessions and support improvement planning
- Supporting organisations working through TAES and TAES validation
- Previously an external Quest Assessor (Sports Development)
- Production of a number of bespoke quality assurance frameworks, working in partnership with AoC Sport and The British Universities Colleges Sport (BUCS)
- Produced and delivered bespoke training courses to upskill end users with the use of quality assurance tools
- Organisation of benchmarking networks and seminars (focusing on process benchmarking and quantitative performance indicators)
- Support and development of Service Improvement Groups
- Review and development of accreditation schemes
