Facilitation of the Pro-Active West London Business Planning Day

As a result of our 'first hand' experience of working within County Sports Partnerships at a senior level for over five years, KKExcel were an obvious choice when asked to design and facilitate a business planning day for the Pro-Active West London Partnership.

The day based at the World Class and future 2012 Olympic venue, Dorney Lake, provided an ideal setting to encourage partners and core staff to reflect on achievements to-date, whilst working through future priorities.

KKExcel designed the contents of the day to provide a balanced programme of business tasks and more informal team building activities.

Feedback from delegates was very positive, referencing the engaging and approachable style adopted by Jenny. Whilst from a business perspective it provided the Pro-Active West London Partnership with an agreed list of values, views of key partners and future priorities, which informed their Delivery Plan.
